BRANDON WATSON

Brandon is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with both an undergraduate and master's degree in Kinesiology. Specializing in glute building, body transformations (including weight loss and muscle gain), and functional training, Brandon is also a Certified Nutrition Coach. He is passionate about helping clients build a healthier relationship with food while empowering them to understand their body’s function and move more effectively. Every session with Brandon is a learning experience, focused on not just improving fitness, but also providing valuable insights into sustainable health and performance.
