JAY ROMERO
Jay Romero is a certified personal trainer and coach based in Long Beach, where he was born and raised. His passion for fitness began at a young age when he decided to make a positive change in his life. After struggling with being overweight and battling depression, Jay found solace and confidence through football and exercise, ultimately transforming his body and mindset. Inspired by how much better he felt physically and mentally, Jay became determined to help others experience the same transformation. With over 5 years of experience as a trainer, Jay has worked with a diverse range of clients, always focusing on helping them make lifelong changes that are both sustainable and empowering. His goal is to ensure every client not only achieves their fitness goals but also maintains them for the long haul.
