Kriss Torrealba is a passionate personal trainer and dedicated martial artist who discovered the transformative power of fitness during one of the world’s most challenging times—the COVID-19 pandemic. With no prior background in fitness, Kriss began training in martial arts as a way to stay grounded and active, not knowing it would soon shape every part of her life.

Her journey took a pivotal turn after competing in his first Muay Thai fight. That experience sparked a deep passion not only for personal growth through fitness, but also for helping others achieve the same. Inspired by the guidance and support of her coaches, Kriss committed himself to empowering others to become their best mentally, physically, and emotionally.

With over three years of experience in the fitness industry and competitive martial arts, Kriss now dedicates his career to helping individuals build confidence, strength, and lasting wellness from the inside out. Her mission is clear: to uplift and inspire through training, just as he was once uplifted by those who believed in her.
