Lance Branchman is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years in the fitness industry, transforming the lives of individuals from athletes to blue-collar workers. Specializing in custom workouts, Lance lives by the mantra, “You don’t have to be an athlete to train like one!” His unique perspective comes from years spent training in the ASU weight room and competing as a multi-sport athlete since the age of 11. With a strong background as a collegiate athlete and a comprehensive education in fitness, Lance brings a wealth of knowledge to training clients of all backgrounds. He believes that getting in shape should be empowering, not punishing, and is passionate about guiding clients toward a healthier lifestyle. Lance’s approach is highly personalized, creating fitness plans based on each client’s health, schedule, and specific goals, while always adapting to their unique strengths and limitations.
